Can you handle a loss that spans multiple units simultaneously?
Yes. Multi-unit coordination is standard for our commercial crews. We contact each affected tenant directly to schedule per-unit access, track entry and drying status by unit, and provide the property manager with a daily status update so you always know which units are mitigated and which are still in process.
What documentation do you provide for the insurance adjuster?
We provide Xactimate-compatible scope of loss, moisture mapping with psychrometric data from the full drying period, before and after photo documentation organized by unit and zone, and invoices in adjuster-accepted format.
